This self-contained basement studio with garden is perfect for couples, small families or solo travelers looking for a quiet base close to everything. Just a short walk to the beach, Pier, and the buzzing shops & restaurants, this apartment is a comfortable hideaway in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Public transport links are excellent, and everything Brighton has to offer is right on your doorstep.

This thoughtfully designed studio features:

Smart TV with Netflix and on-demand channels

One of the highlights of this apartment is the private patio and garden — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks (British weather permitting!). Outdoor seating is provided for your comfort.

This is a basement apartment with quite steep steps leading down to the entrance
No parking is available onsite; Brighton is known for limited and expensive parking. The road is also permit-only.
We recommend using apps like JustPark or Parkopedia to find local options
Trains and buses provide excellent access if you're arriving without a car

You have use of the whole studio, the entrance hall is shared with 1 other apartment and the Garden is for sole use of the studio. The neighbour upstairs does have steps into the garden where they have plants, but they do not have access to the garden.
Other things to note
This is a studio apartment, we have tried to utilise the space as best as possible with the bed and a small sofa seating area. there is a foldable table and chairs should you wish to eat but we keep them down for space. If you are travelling with children, we have a travel cot, small blow up bed with bumpers or low Z bed available, please advise which would suit your needs best

Neighbourhood highlights
Waitrose and Sainsbury’s local located at the top of the street on Western Rd, as are a variety of shops/ coffee shops and cafes. We are spoilt for choice with fantastic restaurants and bars close by with Preston street 2 roads down, The Set in Regency square (certainly if cocktails are your thing) and a large range on the seafront (as well as many many more in Brighton centre)
Less than a 300 meter walk down to the seafront and i360, the peace statue and meeting place cafe. Churchill square shopping centre less than a 10 minute walk away and the famous Brighton Laines just beyond. Within easy walking reach of the pier, pavilion and nightlife.
