Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 Bedroom 3 bed, 3 level Townhome that is minutes away from downtown Seattle and the sport stadiums (Baseball/Soccer/Football). There is a great row of restaurants and pubs few streets away from the property. There is a great famous bakery just across the street and a Philly Cheesesteak spot that I personally go to! Easy access to the freeway North and South. No hills! Starbucks is a 2 minute drive and Costco a 5 min drive. Great local spot!

This property has flood light and walkway lights to ensure guests feel safe during all hours of the day. There are exterior security cameras to ensure safety for our guests.

- Bedroom #2: Queen size bed w/ closet, 1st floor.
- Bathrooms: Shower and tub on the 1st floor.
- Pull out full size sofa bed on the 2nd floor.

Guest access
Entire Home except two small closet space downstairs. However each room has its own closet for storing clothing.

Other things to note
- Check in time is after 4pm and check-out is by 11am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins, but we will let you know on the day of if it is available.
- You will need to walk up stairs- there are a total of 3 flights. The last one leading to a roof top deck.
- This townhome has a shared wall with another townhome. Noise levels should be kept reasonable.

Located centrally in Georgetown with a 10 minute driving commute to downtown Seattle. Which is also similar time to the baseball and football/soccer stadium. It is also a 5 minute commute to Costco. A 2 min drive to nearby Starbucks and gas stations. 10 min drive to local PCC grocery market that sells local organic ingredients; similar to sprouts or Whole Foods market. There is a delicious cake shop and Philly cheesesteak place walking distance from the unit. " Deep sea sugar and salt" and "Calozzis".
