We live in the rural part of the north - in Easter March. The beaches to Norddeich or to Neßmersiel are each 8 km away. Ferries to Juist, Norderney, Baltrum, and Langeoog are just minutes away.
The sea is less than 1,200 m away from us. Fresh sea air is therefore included. From the terrace you can watch breathtaking sunsets.

The space
The 70 m² ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The dining room is located in the conservatory from where you have a beautiful view over the fields to the dike. The terrace is surrounded by flower beds and also from here you can watch breathtaking sunsets.
From us you can start beautiful, relaxed bike rides right along the dyke.
The romantic Greetsiel with its twin mills is only a few kilometers away. The seal station, the Waloseum and the Ocean Wave inspire both young and old alike.
The Wadden Sea World Heritage Site begins just behind our house. If you are looking for deceleration and still want to discover something, this is the place to be in Ostermarsch.

Unfortunately, the timetables were drastically cancelled, so that a car is actually indispensable.

The tourist board charges a guest fee. This is per adult/day in preseason and post season 1.20 EUR and in peak season 2.50 EUR. Those under the age of 16 are free.

For our guests we have a well-stocked beverage refrigerator. Here are wine, beer and cyclists ( also alcohol-free) , water, juice, Cola , Sinalco etc. available at cost price.

In the evening you can watch the most beautiful sunsets from the terrace and also see the lighthouse of Norderney flashing.
In the open field behind the house you can observe deer, field rabbits and other animals. In spring and autumn, thousands of geese often take a rest on their flight to the south or back.

A playground for the little ones is only a few meters away.

The tourist office charges a guest fee of €3.50 per person/day in high season and €1.80 per person / day in low season. Guests under the age of 13 are free of charge.
