On the edge of the village, surrounded by fields with walking/cycling/riding; paddle boarding nearby, and easy road access to Henley, Goring, Oxford & Reading.

This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

The space
The annexe is private and secluded from the main house, with a separate entrance.

Downstairs - single sofa bed, for third person. If required for a two person booking, there will be an additional charge of £30 per stay and prior notification needed. Full bathroom with shower.

Upstairs - open plan living space, including kitchenette with full amenities. Double bed. Sitting area and TV. Bar table and chairs for 2 or 3. Bathroom with loo and sink.
