Located overlooking the Don Cayo golf course in Altea La Vella, just 3 minutes drive to the charming village and restaurants, 5 minutes to the nearest beach and 10 minutes from the beautiful Altea Old Town full of speciality restaurants and artisan shops. The apartment is perfectly situated to explore the surrounding areas. Situated at the base of the Sierra Bernia Mountain there are also plenty of scenic walking and cycling trails to explore. The private garden is yours to enjoy to relax.

The private garden is yours to enjoy, a green sanctuary dotted with inviting chill‑out corners, open‑air dining spots, and even quiet picnic nooks where you can watch golfers sink their putts on the 6th hole. The peaceful surroundings create a natural haven for yoga or pilates, or simply a place to stretch out, breathe deeply, and unwind after a day of exploring the beauty of the region.

IMIPORTANT INFO: We are located in Calle Villena but this street is NOT on maps. Please enter Calle Elda, Altea into the search. When you arrive at Calle Elda, you will see a blue road sign for Calle Villena. We are number 7. The number 7 is in chrome on the white post on the entrance to our drive. Our entrance has a solid black gate. The doorbell is next to the number 7 and is facing the road. Please park your car on the gravel nearest to our house alongside the long white wall.
