Our static lodge has an elegant living space that blends contemporary with coziness.
Large windows flood the area with natural light, creating an airy and open atmosphere.

Our lodge is a 2 bedroom property with a sofa bed, making it suitable to host up to 6 guests.

The lodge also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, decking area and a south facing private garden with scenic views.

The space
Positioned in a prime location, you'll find yourself just moments away from the Hastings history scene, dining hotspots, and essential amenities. Public transport and major roads are easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the area.

Our spacious bedroom is designed to be a peaceful haven for restful nights. Plush bedding and carefully chosen decor ensure you wake up refreshed and ready to explore.

In the modern kitchen, you will find everything you need to whip up family meals or simple snacks. Don’t forget to take advantage of the dining area to savour any homemade meals or local takeaways.

Enjoy our private secure south facing garden with your family or furry friend. Our garden backs onto the parks allocated dog walking field which is perfect for having family fun on or taking your dog for a stroll!

The clubhouse, swimming pool and mini grocery store are a 5 minute walk away for your convinence. Opening times are provided in your welcome pack.

PASSES:
Passes to swimming and entertainment can be purchased from reception.
Swimming has to be booked so we suggest booking this on arrival.
Please note the swimming pool may be closed in winter months; Nov to April (Please check with the park for further details).

FISHING:
Fishing lake passes are available at reception - please make sure to follow all site rules and regulations for fishing.

WIFI:
Wifi is available for the duration of your stay.
Please note there is a fast broadband limit, once’s capacity used, you will return back to normal speed wifi (which can be slow at times)

DOGS:
Dogs are allowed providing house rules are followed (in your welcome pack)
Sadly only a maximum of 2 medium dogs allowed per stay.
£15 per stay is chargeable for each dog.
Please note: we would like each guest with dogs to consider noise levels for our neighbours at all times. Any damages incurred by your dog, will be charged via Air BnB.

Contactless self check in. Codes and check in information will be sent to you 24hrs prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
We have parking available in selected bays approximately 50 yards away from the caravan.
Please note: there is no parking directly outside our static lodge. Parking is a 1 minute walk away with a path to our lodge from your car.

Other things to note
Sadly there are no electric charging points on site.
The nearest charging point is less than 2 miles away.

Please note that it is not permitted to try and charge your car onsite or at our lodge.
