Kid and family friendly, easy commute to Montreal’s universities if you on a stage, or teaching, also perfect for professional, easy aces to downtown and all of it's festivals!
We are located just one block from Montreal's main street, so it's perfectly located; easy aces to public transportation, some of Montreal's best restaurants, (just a few minutes walking distance,) but still very quiet in the back. The accommodations of the city, and the feel and charm of a typical Montreal neighborhood;) Also i’ll give you a guide to the surrounding, so you can easily find your own best spots and make them your own.
Anything that is there fell free to use. Things in the pantry, if you fell like cooking, go ahead!
The backyard is pretty spacious for a city backyard (aprx 1000 square feet/ 90 square meters) it's shared, separated in two spaces by a hedge of bushes. So each apartment has it's own space. In the back of the garden, the one we use there is a really confy bench/daybed witch is nice for reading, or taking a drink, we don't use it often, and would be pleased to share and talk if ever the situation offers itself. There are big cushions, that makes it really confy, just please put them back in the bags, after you used them, so the rain doesn't get to them. :)
Interaction with guests
You can reach us easily by text, email or phone.
We leave a ‘’guide’’ for the neighborhood, and nice tips for Montréal, it will be waiting for you in the apartment.
If you need anything just tell us, and we will be happy to help you.
We ask you to treat the apartment and anything in it with care as you would, if you were at home. A $500 deposit is required in advance and will be returned by Airbnb after the duration of your stay provided nothing is broken or missing.
No smoking inside the apartment, but you can grill one on the back balcony.
This might seem stupid, but…
-Take off your shoes when you’re in the house.
-Lock doors front and back when you leave, and close windows.
-Don’t slam the doors: front and inside doors.
-Please do not invite guests to stay who are not indicated on the original booking. There is a small additional fee for every guest over 2, please be honest.
* And finally please DO NOT feed the skirls, they already make gardening difficult. please. seriously. don't. And don't worry they won’t starve ;)
We will give you the apartment nice and tidy, please give it back this way, allowing us to maintain a 0$ cleaning fee. Thanks!

If you can remember –when it’s really sunny- to water the balcony garden so you and other guests can have some tasty and fresh veggies and lettuce. thanks ;) And take some it's there for you!

We live in Montreal. Love to travel, meeting new people, eating new foods. I like to meet and learn from people who are passionate. I am curious and open minded. Like to laugh, and i don't take myself to seriously. Pretty easy going. I like cinema, documentary, fiction, singing, jazz, r & b music.
I travel with my boyfriend, we have travailed in northern Africa, and a few countries in Europe, France, Italy mainly southern Italy and Sicily. We meet some great people, had some wonderful experiences.
We love to explore the food markets, tasting new produce. I love to cook local produce, when we are abroad. So being able to have a kitchen is great for us!
