Located just minutes from the airport, coastal trail and a few miles from downtown, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Nestled in a quiet area in between midtown and historic Spenard neighborhood. You will be adjacent to many local favorite restaurants, stores, trails, and bus routes. This place is perfect for a brief stay, or a longer reservation for our travel nurses and business professionals.

The space
It is a modestly furnished two bedroom apartment in a 4-unit building. It comes furnished with basic items provided including cookware, utensils, and enough paper products to get you started. The living room has a TV with fire stick, and wifi is provided for guests.

Guest access
You will have a private entrance with assigned parking spot in the carport. Keypad entry is used for ease of access for the guests. If requested, you may may access the Shared coin-op Washer and Dryer few steps next door to the unit.

Other things to note
There are a couple steps to get into the unit. This is an older building but the unit is renovated.
