Cannerheugh Farm sits on the the side of Pennines, looking over at the Lake District Fells. It really is a jaw dropping view that recharges the soul. We are a working farm with cattle, sheep, pigs and chickens, farming regeneratively with no chemicals and few inputs so nature thrives. If you are looking for peace, tranquillity, no neighbours and bird song this is for you. The Lakes are 30 minutes away, perfect for a day trip, and then retreat back to the calmness of the Eden Valley.

The space
You'll sleep in the very spacious wagon, which contains a king size bed, along side is the hut containing your kitchen, and also a shower and composting loo. The kitchen contains everything you'll need, and is stocked up with tea/coffee/oil/sat&pepper, also a cold box. A wood fired hot tub is available for your own private use.

Outside is table and chairs, a bbq, and fire pit. You will be in a field, with a hot tub,

Other things to note
The lane up to the farm is quite bumpy, fine if you drive slowly. But if you have a particularly low slung car this is maybe not for you.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our farm is between the villages of Renwick and Gamblesby in the Eden Valley. Thirty minutes drive from Penrith, and forty minutes from Ullswater. Our farm is up a bumpy track, please be aware of this, if you have a low slung sports car this probably isn't the place for you! Great for biking and walking, away from the busy tourist areas.
