Soak up the view during your stay.
Newly renovated this stylish studio is full of light. The living area has a vaulted ceiling with huge french windows leading on to it's own south facing balcony. A ladder staircase leads up to a mezzanine with a double bed. In the entrance hall are bunk beds, and there is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. In the basement is a private locker for storing ski equipment or bikes. Central yet quiet, the residence also benefits from a garden and an outdoor pool in July and August.

The space
The studio is on the 3rd floor of a quiet residential block. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room bring light flooding in, and give stunning views over to the majestic Nyon mountain. The access to the mezzanine is via a steep ladder like staircase so not suitable for young children or those with reduced mobility. There are bunk beds in the hallway, but no sofa bed in the living room. PLEASE NOTE there is reduced head height on all of the mezzanine. It's great having the bed up there though, as it keeps the living area free.

Guest access
There is a small car parking area at the back of the building which works on a first come first serve basis. Once in town you probably won't need to use your vehicle, so just park up and relax. Everything you need is just a short walk away, including a local supermarket at the end of the road.

Other things to note
No loud music please. This is a quiet residential block.

Neighbourhood highlights

Fantastic location - quiet, yet easy access to the lovely local shops, restaurants and bars.

It's an easy walk to the Pleney telecabine, as well as the Super Morzine telecabine for access towards Avoriaz and even over into Switzerland. The Morzine Pleney home run comes down not far from the building making getting back home very easy!

A good supermarket is just at the end of the road (Casino), as well as a very popular restaurant - Le Chaudanne.

Morzine is a charming Savoyarde village full of character and charm, and offers many free events and live music in both summer and winter. There is always so much to do and a great atmosphere.

This is a quiet residential block, so no loud music or noise at night is allowed.
