The space
Our property is fully cleaned and sanitized according to the guidelines of CDC and VRHP/VRMA after each check out. You can book with us with confidence! Please note: because of the stronger sanitizer we are using, you may notice a bit of smell when you check in.
This renovated and furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is located in the highly desirable Regal Oaks Resort. The backyard of the house faces a beautiful green space of forest and has BIG screened patio with private Jacuzzi with patio furniture. After a long day you could either sit in the patio chairs/lounge sipping a glass of wine or relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the beautiful lake view. You will often see BIRDs or DEER coming by the forest enjoying the quiet time with you! The house is totally carpet-free so that you don't need to worry about allergies caused by the carpet fabric. It is our goal and top priority to make sure you feel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible when you stay in this house, the house is fully furnished with furniture in each living space, the whole house interior is freshly painted in 2025! We also provide comfortable bedding, towels as well as cookware, and kitchen and dining supplies. There are high chair, Pack 'n Play, stools for your children as well.
LIVING SPACE:
The living room is comfortable and spacious – designed to maximize comfort and convenience and ensure that there is plenty of room for you and your whole family. The living room includes a comfortable sofas, coffee table, and a TV.
The lanai is the perfect place to relax – whether you want to enjoy the jacuzzi hot tub or simply enjoy the beautiful and peaceful green forest view under the beautiful Florida sunshine from the comfort of the patio furniture.
KITCHEN:
Enjoy the ability to dine comfortably at our spacious dining room table with your family! The modern spacious kitchen has open concept design with granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steal appliances, Coffee machines (Keurig & traditional machines) & free coffee pods, we provide cookware and dining supplies that you and your family might need to enjoy a home-cooked meal, including salt & pepper, pots, pans, blender, mixing bowls, kettle, and more.
ENTERTAINMENT:
In addition to a TV in the living room, there is a TV in the master bedroom. Wi-fi is available throughout the home.
BEDROOMS:
Our home has 3 bedrooms all upstairs, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a King bed, the master bedroom window faces the quiet green forest. The 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom is fully furnished with comfortable bedding, dresser, and closet.
LITTLE ONES:
To ensure a perfect stay for families with young children, we have included a high chair, booster seat, pack ’n play with mattress, baby bathtub, as well as a kids step stool.
ADDITIONAL:
For your convenience, a washer and a dryer are included, as well as an iron, ironing board, and multiple hair dryers. Fresh bath towels and pool towels are also provided for all guests. The pool towels can be used at the resort clubhouse’s swimming pool but must be brought back to our house after use. An optional private propane BBQ grill is also available for your use (additional fee), but please ensure to use responsibly for your safety.
RESORT:
As part of your stay, you will have full access to the beautiful Regal Oaks Resort and all its amenities free of charge! With the resort’s 24-hour gate service, you will be sure to feel at ease during your holiday, while the recreational activities available are sure to create a playful and relaxing environment for the whole family. The resort has swimming pools, a jacuzzi, water slides, and a poolside bar – perfect for hours of family fun outdoors under the sun. The Regal Oaks Clubhouse (only a 2 min walk from the home) is the hub of the resort, which includes features for adults and children alike. Enjoy the use of the fitness center and tennis courts and grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and mini market. The business center is also available for any desktop access or printing needs.
PRIVATE GRILL
A private propane BBQ grill is provided on the patio for family use. Please operate the grill responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions for your safety and the safety of others. A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out.

- Uber taxi service charges around $10 door-to-door to Disney.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the home. Guests will also have free unlimited access to Regal Oaks Resort’s fabulous amenities.
Other things to note
This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. Stored are just 5 minutes away.
Garbage Collection
Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.
The solar powered LED string lights around the screened patio are turned on and off by the light sensor switches automatically if there is enough sun light exposure to the solar panels during the day. In rainy days and winter season, the solar batteries may not be charged enough to turn the lights on.
OUR ASKS:
- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.
