Almost on the sand, 3 minutes' walk from Capricórnio beach and 1 km from Lagoa Azul, for a beautiful walk. The "Casinha Azul" is cozy, and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
The beach is tumbo, overlooking the Bela Island, sea often bravo which makes the special place, away from the clusters of bars and tourists. Very quiet place. 5 km from calm beaches such as Cocanha, Mococa and Tabatinga. But forget the car! In addition to walking to the beach, there is a supermarket and restaurants near the house.

Located 100 meters from Capricorn's beach, near the blue lagoon. It has a barbecue, household utensils, beach chairs, beach games, bicycle, and Wi-Fi with a good connection for remote work. We only rent for guests willing to pick up/receive the key in Belo Horizonte, or São Paulo.

Neighbourhood highlights

Capricornio is one of the few neighborhoods in Caraguatatuba still reserved from the tourist agglomeration. 200 meters from the house, there is a market, a delicious açaí and restaurants. At 1 km, at the entrance to the condominium, there is a supermarket, restaurants, some bars and a pharmacy.
You can easily get around on foot or by bike, taking advantage of all the best the place has to offer. You can risk a 5 km walk along the Massaguaçu shoreline to the neighboring beaches, such as Cocanha and Mococa, which are calmer beaches with popular kiosks. If you are driving, we recommend visiting the famous cities of Ubatuba and São Sebastiao, both very close to Caraguatatuba. We have two bicycles available for use during your stay, and all of our utensils and games are available for use as well.
