“Contemporary One-Bedroom Vacation Home in South Park”
The home is part of a triplex located on Dale Street in the delightful historic neighborhood of South Park. It is an ideal location for a getaway due to the walkability, charm, and overall chic vibe of the South Park community. It is a one bedroom and one bathroom unit with a pull out couch in the living room to sleep four guests total. The front door is equipped with a hassle-free keyless deadbolt lock to prevent you from ever being locked out.
There is a private patio in the back of the unit that you can see in the photos. It was plush furniture and gets morning sun making a nice spot for morning coffee or tea.
The vacation home has quality furniture with a contemporary art-deco feel. Beautiful, original hardwood flooring complements the contemporary home for easy cleaning. Included in the living area are: a black leather pull out couch and coffee table, accent chair and rug, convenient floor lamps, a ample lighting throughout for readers, entertainment center with storage, and a 32 inch Vizio high definition Smart-TV (HDTV). Feel free to bring your own mobile streaming devices. High speed, password-protected WiFi and basic cable are provided.
The dinette comes complete with a beautiful glass-topped table and matching chairs to seat two. Keep cool in the summertime with two eco-friendly ceiling fans and a powerful A/C system.
The kitchen area has tiled flooring and comes fully equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, gas stove and oven, full-sized fridge, Mr. Coffee coffee maker with Thermos, dishwasher, tea kettle, and cookware, and cooking utensils. There are enough dishes and silverware for a four person dinner party.
The bedroom has hardwood flooring, a queen-sized bed and frame with matching nightstands, ample lighting for readers, USB outlets, 6-drawer dresser, a full-length door mirror, a ceiling fan, spacious closet, and adjustable blinds for light and airy mornings.
The bathroom is fully furnished with a new shower curtain, floor mats, bathroom organizer, new linens, and is stocked with standard toiletries including hairdryer.
The hallway cabinets provides even more storage space for towels, etc.
Interaction with guests
We are available to our guests, as needed, to provide recommendations on what to do and see in San Diego, and to answer any questions about the property. The owner lives nearby and can drop in for any needed assistance.

This is a non-smoking property inside and outside.
This is a quiet property, with no smoking allowed inside or outside. We generally only accept smaller, non-shedding dogs and do not accept other types of pets. All pets require approval in advance. Please send the age, weight, and breed of each animal. The back patio is extremely private and is fenced in, but whether it is secure enough to leave your pet outside is up to you.
