The space

My flat is idealy located in Montmartre, Paris; it has a bedroom and a living room with a new convertible sofa, an open all equiped kitchen (with washing machine) and a bathroom: it can accomodate 4 persons (for additional person, a bed is available on request).

It is in the centre of Montmartre,200 m from le Sacré Coeur on the third floor of an ancient building, the view from the window is on a charing square and on the Sacre Coeur public parc.

It is easily reachable by public transportation _ metro: Anvers (M2), Abbesses (M12), Chateau rouge (M4), bus 67 and 83; close from Gare du Nord (for CDG airport rerB).

You ll appreciate the natural lignt filling the flat most of the day, the equipped kitchen, the view and the modern style decoration...

The neighborhood provides everything required from conveniance stores to art galleries, restaurants, sightseeing spots, bars, nightclubs.. I shall give you a booklet of my favorite adresses in the neighborhood..

What makes my place unique? Montmartre is a village, everybody knows eachother, there is a real conviviality living here.

Come enjoy Paris the Montmartre way!

Florent's place is lovely and the location could be no better – right by the eastern (quieter) side of Sacre Coeur, with wonderful access to everything you'd need. Thoroughly recommended, and everything was made very straightforward by Florent and Mara, who was prompt and helpful…

We stayed in Florent's place for 9 nights. There was originally 3 people but a fourth joined us. It was tight for 4 but we werent home much really anyways. His place has some quirks that we were fine with and in fact we figured it added to the charm and real parisian experience. …

The listing was quite accurate. The apartment is sweet and quirky, and it's very easy to feel at home in it. Florent made all the arrangements very easily and was responsive to questions.

The good: Our flight from Israel was delayed due to security problems and Mara and Florent were very understanding and Mara met us very late at the apartment which we appreciated. The apartment is very cute and the neighborhood is great and the apartment is literally at the base…

Hi Adrea, first let me say that I am sorry you had to experienced the plumbing issue, it is the first time there are problems with plumbing in my flat: problem is solved and toilet is changed. Then let me remind you that the toilet broke at 11.30pm, 1 day before you left the flat: so you had to pour water one day and not "the last few days": it took 4 hrs to change the toilet, i may have mistaken but i thought spending your last day at the Louvre seemed a better plan than waiting for the toilet to be changed..

I am french, 27 years old, I live in Paris... I love my city and particularly my neighborhood, and I 'd be happy to make you discover what we call " le village de Montmartre". Keen on cinema, music, cooking, art (of all the other kinds)...
