Oceanfront multi level duplex in a quiet preservation area 1mile north of Sebastian Inlet State Park-Brevard County. 4 bedroom 2.5 bath ideal for up to 9 people.

Big Family Room, Cozy Full Size Kitchen, W&D, Large Smart TVs Mid Floor has wraparound balcony w’ kitchen access; Master-spectacular ocean views.
Direct/Private Access to a quiet/clean beach. Tiki Hut, Grill station; Oceanfront deck. Outside shower. Minute walk to sand!

2 bedrooms second level (Full size bed & Walk in closet and Bunk Beds and closet on other)
Master on third level (Queen size bed)

There is a half bathroom on the first level; full size bathroom next level.
Master bedroom has its own large bathroom with shower, tub, walk in closet and separate toilets (2)

*You will notice from pictures that the property does have many stairs.

If you need more space for more people, you can also rent the unit downstairs which can accommodate 2 adults. Units kept separate but could be connected.

Usually 3 parking spots on the driveway.
We have tried being flexible with groups that have more than 3 cars and unfortunately it has not worked. If you expect two have more than 3 cars, please contact me and/or consider another property.

Other things to note
Due to serious health concerns, we are not able to accept animals in our property. Presence of allergens can trigger severe respiratory problems to owners and duplex neighbors.

If any of these apply, please consider another property:

1) I will have more than 3 cars while vacationing.
2) I have smokers in my group (This is a smoke free property even outdoor areas).
3) I plan to have day guests while I am there - problem due to parking limits.

During the turtle nesting season, which runs from May to October, magical moments are quietly occurring on the beach. Along Florida’s coastline, this and many other beaches become sea turtle nesting grounds. In Brevard County alone, more than 30,000 nests were counted last year. During these months, you must be on high alert to protect these turtles and their nests. Please help us protect our turtles and follow the guidelines in a meticulous way – don’t worry, we tell you everything you need to know and follow.

My wife Ghislaine and I are thrilled to own this property in Melbourne Beach. We always dreamed of our backyard being the ocean where our kids (currently 16,13,11) could enjoy with each other and their friends, the beautiful Florida weather. We feel fortunate to have turned the dream into a reality. Living in Miami for 30 years in Miami, it was literally impossible to find a quiet public (and clean) beach. That is why we followed the coastline and ended up in Melbourne Beach. We love the ocean. I personally can stare at it for hours. We love being outdoors so we like walking or running on the beach as well as on A1A. We certainly disconnect from living in the big city when we come to our place, a.k.a. The Turtle Spot. I don’t think we have ever been in a quieter beach. Our families and friends always seem to find a way of inviting themselves, but we love it. Grilling and eating outdoors is definitely always a good time. Living busy lives as working professionals and parents to three wonderful children, we always enjoy our getaways to Melbourne Beach. However, it is not something we can always do due to so many obligations. That is why we have opened our place for others to enjoy it as much as we do.
