Tiny house ideal for 1 or 2 people. Close to the highway and amenities that Wausau has to offer. You have access to the entire house but keep in mind it's only one room besides the bathroom. The bed is located in the loft, which is only 4 1/2 foot ceilings in the middle. If you have problems with stairs or bending over I would not suggest this space for you. Nice-sized driveway for parking. Kitchen and living room are more spacious than 430 square feet would seem due to the open concept.

The space
Tiny house with open concept. Loft is very short and sloped on the sides but it has a queen-size, pillow-top mattress bed for sleeping. Kitchen has many items for use as well as the small pantry when you open the basement door.
