this mid century modern home was built with late 50s & early 60s designs. although a classic look studio 19 has all the new & modern features. the inside design has an open feel, stylish comforts and amazing views .

The space
I had a great stay here and I was able to book last minute. The place looks as pictured, I do wish there was the option to cover the window especially at night but I understand why they don’t. THERE ARE NO WINDOW COVERINGS ON THE SLIDER TO GIVE VIEWS 24/7. The house is elevated and approximately 150 from the street. Minimal traffic on the street. This truly adds to the experience! Waking up to the sun rise and going to sleep with the stars. If you have any questions please ask before you book.

Immerse yourself in the fun and funky vibes of the Joshua Tree desert in style! Our gorgeous studio is perfectly situated on the edge of town, keeping you close to all of the shops, dining, and attractions our town has to offer. With Joshua Tree National Park less that 10 minutes away, you’re a quick drive to one of the most memorable drives / hikes.

This is a mid-century modern home like no other in the area. It was built and designed by a hometown local that wanted to express the vibe and the views that this desert has to offer. The outside of this home is eye catching, but it does not reveal the inside details that are more intriguing than the outside design. The river table island and live edge barn doors are not the only cool features, as you cruise through the home.

As soon as you come home, your met with a sleek contemporary design featuring ample parking in the driveway or covered carport. Come inside and be swept away by the handcrafted island counter, comfortable furnishings, and detailed touches. The layout is open concept with gorgeous views from the floor to the ceiling windows in the living room. Bright natural light sweeps through the space letting in that beautiful California sunshine! Waking up to this view is simply serene. Our kitchen is perfectly curated for the Guy Fieri in all of us and stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare and serve a meal for you and your guests.

Fall into a plush duvet and luxurious sheets after a long day of exploring Joshua Tree. Your bedroom features a Queen bed and access to your private bathroom, already supplied with toiletry essentials and fresh luxury towels.

Once outside you’ll have access to your private yard with outdoor lounging and dining. Be sure to enjoy the stars and dark night sky. Shooting stars are abundant in this area and worth the time gazing.

Our pet friendly home (1 dog max with $95 per pet fee ) is ready for your next adventure or romantic getaway. You must pay the pet fees and get approval prior to booking. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of your booking without refund. Dogs must be on leash on the property at all times, when outside of the house.

FAQs

1. Deposit ~ Airbnb requires deposits from all guests. However, the deposit amount is not charged to your card unless there is an incident during your stay.

2. Payment ~ Airbnb handles all payments. Once you “submit a booking” and they allow you the option to pay in full or in a payment installment plan. Cash or other forms of payment outside of the platform, are not accepted and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit to hold the dates.

3. Pets ~ Allowed with written consent from host and $95 pet fee (1 dog max. No other types of animals allowed). Violators will be asked to vacate and forfeit their deposit.

4. Communication ~ Airbnb’s policy is to keep all communication on the platform until after you have booked. The site blocks the telephone numbers and email addresses, so please do not send me your number and ask me to call you.

5. Photos ~ These are the only photos we have and would not be able to provide more.

6. Mail / Deliveries ~ Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the home. We advise all guests to use Amazon Locker locations or contact the local post office to have things held there.

7. Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am.

8. Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.
