Spectacular views! Our one bedroom Suites are set in a 9 acre wooded hillside overlooking the Bras d'Or Lake. Newly built in 2021, the contemporary design blends comfort and style.
We are only a short walk to the popular Frolic and Folk Pub for great dining and live entertainment. Across from the Pub, visit the Highland Village, a Gaelic living history museum and cultural center. Sun and swim on one of the many beaches within a few minutes of Hector's Point.
We have 3 suites listed on Airbnb.

The space
Each suite offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining bar. A spectacular view of Bras d'Or Lake is visible from the living area thru an oversized sliding glass door. The living area opens onto a large 10' X 20' patio for dining BBQ and lounging. Come stay a weekend, a week, or a month.
The laundry room is in a separate shared space.

My husband and I are sailors and upon our retirement in 2022, we will are spending half the year cruising on our 38’ sailboat and half the year in one of our rental cottages in Iona. I was owner/operator of a management company for a small condo complex in Cedar Key, FL for 18 years, offering daily, weekly and monthly rentals. My husband is a cabinet maker and he operated a cabinet shop for a few months in the winter in Florida. He is building a small shop on our property in Iona and will be building 16’ Dorys.
