A late 19th-century barn renovated with great attention to detail and transformed into an elegant hillside villa just a few minutes' drive from Aosta and 30 minutes away from the main ski and hiking resorts of the middle and upper Aosta Valley.

The space
Spacious stone villa with wooden balconies and a laz roof, typical features of Aosta Valley mountain architecture, it is the result of the renovation of an ancient rural building dating back to 1811. The building is spread over two floors and has a large green area for private use.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining area consisting of a large wooden table for eight and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, sofa bed and two armchairs. The decor is characterized by fine furniture and all the finishes are very refined and sought after. The living room opens onto a large terrace complete with a dining table, umbrella, and deck chairs. The kitchen is large, with a 4-seater table, and complete with all appliances including a dishwasher, and it leads to a panoramic balcony.
The ground floor bathroom is very spacious and is equipped with a comfortable double shower cabin as well as a washing machine, double sink, toilet and bidet.
On the first floor, there are the two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, all with exposed wooden ceiling.
The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully furnished with fine furniture; it is also equipped with a large built-in closet, television and access to a balcony with panoramic mountain views. Given the size of the room, it is possible to add 2 extra single beds or a baby bed or crib that are available on request.
The second bedroom is characterized by Alpine-style wooden furniture consisting of two single beds that can also be joined to create a double bed and an additional single bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is also a small table that allows you to create a small workstation and access to the aforementioned panoramic balcony.
