Your about a mile from downtown Flagstaff, but the huge backyard with hot tub is secluded in the cool pines. The house sits on a third of an acre and features three patios to take your coffee on. The house has four bedrooms and is a little more updated then your typical Flagstaff home, with a full size eat in kitchen. The Location is perfect! Across the street is the urban trail and all the adventure you could want.
We now offer whole home A/C for those hot days, a rarity in flagstaff.

The space
We have 4 bedrooms, three with king beds and one with two twins. The house also has two full bathrooms. The house has a large Kitchen with two breakfast bars, for getting your day started.
Please be aware the driveway is steep. Approach slowly and at angle. If you have a car with low clearance, take advantadge of the free street parking right in front of the house during summer.
10/1/22: added propane grill; extra pots and pans and an additional cutting board.
4/15/22: Massively expanded the backyard patio covering the hot tub and more! Removed carpet from Master Bedroom replaced with nice wood. Brand new electronic fireplace lights up your nights!
