The space
It's a Ground Floor Property and just adjacent to this unit is another property which is also listed on Airbnb, by the name of "Prabhu Krupa (Unit-2) - 1 Km to Beach & Temple".
* This property is strictly family orientated space & we generally refrain from entertaining requests from Bachelor's or friends coming in groups.
* It's a couple friendly space i.e., nuclear unmarried couples (only 2 persons per property) are allowed.
A quick briefing about the House :
1) Two Air-conditioned sleeping places - Master Bedroom with king size beg & Living/ Entertainment room with a king size sofa-cum-bed as sleeping arrangements. Both the rooms are air-conditioned.
2) A separate kitchen with enclosed dining space. A quick mention, there's food menu of a few good restaurants also available inside the property & they can door deliver food to your choice. Swiggy, Zomato etc. all deliver food at our place.
3) Dedicated Changing/ Closet room.
4) Single Washroom (Bathroom) in the property & is accessible from all the rooms.
5) There's an Open Terrace (Rooftop) & every guest has access to this space.
6) 24*7 Power Back for the entire property. There's an Inverter to power basic all basic necessities. There's no DG set in the property.
Important Points to Note :
a) This property is suited for a maximum of FOUR Guests (4A).
b) The property is taken care of by our dedicated cleaning agency (housekeeping) staff daily. Time slots of our staff availability are 09:00 - 12:00.
c) For guests staying more than a day, please be advised, the bed linens etc. are replaced every alternate day by the housekeeping staff.
d) Guests must take care of cleaning their own dishes, crockery, utensils, cutlery etc. used during their stay. Dishwashing service is chargeable.
e) Guests are requested to avoid arriving at property post 10:00 PM during their entire stay. Check OUT during early morning hours post 05:00 AM is not an issue. Exceptions can be made under special circumstances or in situations which are unavoidable.

The entire property is accessible to Guests. The property terrace & roof top is also open to all Guests.

Please follow our Basic House Rules, a copy of which is enclosed inside the property.
As responsible citizens, please ensure AC's, Geysers, fans, lighting etc. (all electrical appliances) are switched off when there's no one residing inside the property.
