The space
First Floor:
TThe spacious first-floor master suite features a king-sized bed, private access to the back patio, dual closets, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite master bathroom.
A second first-floor bedroom also offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and is conveniently located across the hall from a full bathroom.
The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room. Relax on the new sectional sofa (not yet photographed) while enjoying the flat-screen smart TV or gaming on the PS4 (with 2 controllers).
The kitchen features a granite island-style breakfast bar with seating for 4, and modern appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and high chair (optional).
The game room is packed with fun for all ages, offering a ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball game, foosball table, cornhole set (usable indoors or outdoors), and a kids' play structure with a slide. A second refrigerator with a freezer is also available for extra storage.

Upstairs, you’ll find six additional bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV:

Step onto the back patio to enjoy your private pool and hot tub, with a cascading spillover design. Relax around the propane fire table or dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table. Lounge chairs and additional seating complete the space. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the patio.
For safety, the sliding doors are equipped with an alarm, and a removable fence is available to secure the pool area for little ones.
Parking:
The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars. Additional parking is available at overflow lots around the community, including the clubhouse and waterpark, just six houses down. Note: Street parking is prohibited, and sidewalks must remain clear.
Other:
For families, the house includes one pack 'n play and a high chair. Additional rentals are available for convenience. Save money by renting directly with us, as external rental services can be costly.
Stroller with bassinet attachment: $15/day ($50 minimum, $100 maximum).
Additional pack 'n plays: $25/each.
Extra mattress pads: $10/each.
Bed rails: $10/each.

This home is just a 2-minute walk to the community’s waterpark, one of the closest in the neighborhood! The waterpark offers thrilling slides for all ages, a large splash pad for kids, a family-friendly pool, and a poolside bar. You can even rent private cabanas for a luxurious day by the water.
Additional amenities within walking distance include:
A restaurant and bar for casual dining and drinks.
Sports facilities: tennis courts (bring chalk or tape to set up a pickleball court), basketball courts, a soccer field, and beach volleyball courts.
A fitness center to keep up your workout routine.
An arcade for indoor entertainment.
For larger gatherings, you can reserve the community play area, complete with grills, a picnic table, and a kitchen, accommodating up to 42 people—perfect for reunions or celebrations.

This home is professionally managed, but please note, you will NOT be sent to a different house upon arrival like some other management companies may do. You will be staying in our home!
Access to the waterpark and amenities is included with the price you pay here on Airbnb. Other homes may not have access.
POOL & HOT TUB HEATING: In order to heat the pool and hot tub, you must order that service through management which I can facilitate. The cost is $40/night + tax. In the warmest months, the pool is very warm, but the heat is connected and we cannot isolate pool & hot tub heat.
OTHER: We offer additional rentals for pack n plays, a stroller with a bassinette attachment and bed rails. More add on rentals are available through management - BBQ grills, full size crib, baby bath, additional housekeeping services, shuttle services, private chefs and more. Message me for more details.
