The cottage is located steps from Lake Winnipeg or a short 2-5 minute drive to lake access off of Warner or Chalet Beach Rd.

With a very large screened in room, guests can enjoy a morning coffee, supper or an evening glass of wine without the hassle of mosquitoes or rain. This space features a large dining table and cozy seating

The cottage is located in the quiet town of Matlock. It’s a short 15-20 minute drive north to enjoy a dining experience or day trip in Whytewold, Sandy Hook, Winnipeg Beach or Gimli.

The cottage is located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.

After arriving, guests will be greeted with a stunning view of Lake Winnipeg just down the street.

Featured is a front deck and back deck, spacious screened in room where guests can enjoy meals or their morning cup of coffee.

Matlock is also famous for the lakefront piers and beautiful Sandy beaches that overlook Lake Winnipeg

It’s just a short 10-20 minute drive into the heart of all the small towns along Lake Winnipeg including Ponemah, Whitewold, Sandy Hook, Winnipeg Beach and Gimli to enjoy the shops, restaurants and local Icelandic culture.

Take an additional 10-15 minute drive North to very popular Arnes Farmers market (open summer weekends) or to the Hnausa General Store.

An hour and a half North will take you to Hecla Island for some hiking or a beautiful and scenic day trip.

Also 30 minutes North is Camp Morton Provincial Park that features endless hiking trails, cross country skiing in the winter, beautiful beaches, lakefront walks and trails and endless historic sites and information
