Close to the airport - my large townhouse is nestled in leafy & quiet Nundah. Walking distance to shops and trendy Nundah Precinct with its many restaurants. Bus & train close by. Executive style living in a great area which comfortably sleeps 5.

The space

My 3 bedroom townhouse is very spacious with 2 very large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. There is 1 Queen bed in the main room which has AC, 1 Double bed in 2nd bedroom and 1 single bed in smaller 3rd bedroom. Both 2nd and 3rd bedroom have ceiling fans. All of your linen and towels are supplied and there is a washing machine, dryer and clothes line with pegs for your use.

The living area is open plan and fully air conditioned with a 50 inch flat screen TV and 2 x 3 seater leather lounges. There are lots of dvd's for your watching, as well as lots of CD's for your playing. The delightful dining area comfortably seats 6 people. Free Wifi is accessible throughout the whole unit and outdoor living area. There is a toilet downstairs for your use.

The well appointed and modern kitchen is a chefs delight with 1 metre wide oven and 6 burner gas hot plates. There are everything you want in this kitchen including dinner setting, cutlery, wine glasses for 6 people, toaster, jug, frying pans, pots, serving dishes and more.

The outdoor living area, which has a ceiling fan, is very private with a small lawned area - great for your dog. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner outside, as it is protected from the weather.

There is a 7 day convenience store basically across the road, where you can buy basics, and Woolworths is a short walk or car drive away in Nundah Village. There are a multitude of café and restaurants in Nundah Village precinct, which again is only a short walk or drive away.

Brisbane City is only 11 klm away, and easily accessible by bus, train or car. The train station is 5 minute walk and the train takes 13 minutes to the CBD. Nundah is very close to the Gateway motorway, which is the gateway to both the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast, both being around 60 minutes drive.

Guest access

Guests will have access to whole of unit except locked garage. There is off street parking to accommodate 1 car.

Interaction with guests

I will not be present during the stay, but someone will be there to meet and greet, sometimes me or sometimes a friend - depending on whether I am in the country.

Other things to note

We can accommodate your arrival at any time. If it is after hours, we will leave the key in a security box and let you know the pin code. This code is changed for every guest.

Plenty of space for us with good access to airport and Brisbane. Nundah was a good location with plenty of shops.

Jacky's place was great, everything we needed plus more was there, Don't bring anything but food, lovely house, great Kitchen, the photos dont lie. Nice sleepy area, no noise apart from the birds. When I contacted Jacky I heard back from her straight away. Great communication. We had the place to ourselves for a week. Jacky is a credit to Airbnb other hosts should aim to be as as good as her.

Hi, Visited the property with my partner and two kids..the accommodation is easy to find, and we spent an enjoyable 3 weeks there. 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and a cosy living area with TV, property also had good WIFI which kept kids happy. Location is great, easy 10 minutes walk to Woolworth for all provisions, next to Woolwoths is a Chemist, Baker, Newsagent and a couple of restaurants including Subway and Pizza hut. On a Sunday morning between 6-12 there is a great Farmers market next to the station, produce is of a great quality and is well priced. Where we were is a great base, within 15 minutes were were in the South Bank and the West End which are bustling areas with an array of things to do. Overall I recommend the host and the property.

Excellent Airbnb. I was expecting a small townhouse and was amazed at the space and feel of the home. Wanted to stay for a week rather than a weekend! The host is incredibly prepared and the home has absolutely everything anyone would need. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Jacky's place felt like a home away from home. It was in a quite neighourhood with only a 10-15 minute walk to the Nunda Village, which has a Woolworths and plenty of eating places. We went to the market on Sunday morning at Nunda Railway Station, lots of yummy food and produce. There is a fishmonger if you like prawns and seafood. I would defintely love to stay at Jacky's again in the future. The location was great for us.
