All flats are furnished with modern A/C system in all the rooms (essential during summer time in Milan), kitchen, fast optic fiber internet ;)
Since we do proper cleanings using a sanitizing machine we had to remove TV and paintings and other furnishings since unsuitable with that treatment and would be ruined (the apartment could have a somewhat bare effect - it is exactly like in the photos - and for this reason the price is lower than the market one) in any case former Guests since Sept. '22 felt at their ease as you can see in the reviews

Guest access
You'll be the only Guests/Guests and will have access to all the spaces the flat according to number of Guests and our house rules
▰ Please, be aware that below date we are not able to be in Milano to welcome you in person, but we'll be always available via Airbnb message board / email / smartphone / whatsap for any support we can provide you!

We kindly ask your serious collaboration on this behalf: in respect of other Guests it is absolutely forbidden to smoke in any space inside the apartment, but you can easy smoke in balcony, were you can find also ashtrays at your disposal. Thanks a lot in advance for your understanding and cooperation (for transgressors will be charged costs for cleaning and painting from 500€ up to 3000€ depending if will be needed to repaint and clean sofa, beds, mattress and other items)
