Spacious and very comfortable 4-bedroom country cottage, sleeping up to 5 with 3 bathrooms. Great for families, groups of friends and intergenerational groups who may need ground floor bedroom and shower room. Pet-friendly too! The country cottage offers spectacular views over the Strathearn valley and beyond, with walks from the door. Enjoying an elevated position, set among fields, yet only a five minute drive to Crieff with its shops, restaurants and attractions.
Very spacious cottage over two floors with lovely large, yet homely living spaces. With one double room and three single rooms, one of which is on the ground floor, the cottage is perfect for a family or small group of friends. The benefit of a ground floor shower room makes it easy for anyone with mobility issues to stay with their friends or family. The cottage is well-equipped with all mod cons and the kitchen provides ample seating and cooking facilities for you to enjoy time together. As the property has been renovated recently, it is well insulated and very cosy, with an open wood fire to enjoy in the evenings. You will find a DVD library and holiday reads as well as toys and board games to entertain everyone.
The extensive views surrounding the cottage are of beautiful fields and hills but we are closeby and on hand 24/7, should you require any assistance. For guests staying a week or more we offer a private tour of Monzie Castle and our own 1950's Hydro Electric power station. For guests staying for shorter periods, we will do our best to accommodate a tour, subject to availability (we work full time and have a baby) and appreciate your flexibility and understanding!
Enjoy the truly spectacular views from all windows which have inspired many artists, or sit outside in the pretty, enclosed cottage garden and soak up the fresh country air. Walks straight from the door. Close to Crieff and tourist attractions.
Monzie Estate is great for walking, mountain biking and wildlife with recommendations from cottage owner.

Pet Policy -
We welcome well-behaved dogs to our holiday cottages. There’s no need for you to leave your dog at home, after all they’re part of the family!
We ask for them to be kept under control and on a lead at all times, even while being exercised - so not to frighten the cows and sheep, which live close to the cottages.
We would not like for them to be left in the property unsupervised, as we know ourselves that this can cause much distress for the pets. Please note that although we accept your dog, the gardens at our properties are not completely escape-proof.
We do expect for you to take full responsibility, and have some consideration. With this in mind, we would like for you to follow our terms and conditions and understand that we don't want to upset our future guests who may be holidaying without a pet.
Pets must be flea treated before entering the property
Pets are not allowed upstairs - you must provide your own bedding for your dog to sleep on
Any droppings on the premises, including the garden, should be disposed of appropriately prior to your departure
Water/food containers must be provided - please do not use crockery belonging to the property
We know your dog will leave paw, nose and tongue prints so please clean these as and when you see them
