There a an integrated cooling system unit in the apartment that reaches minimum 22 degrees.
Please Note: This apartment operates an air conditioning system which is activated by building maintenance. This system provides coolant in the summer months and heating in the winter months. These systems are normally switched over in mid-May but this may be subject to change which is out of our control.
The outside swimming pool of Parc du Cap will be closed starting November 1st for out of season period.The indoor swimming pool is open from 9am - 9pm everyday.
Outside space
Sliding doors open fully to allow guests to step outside onto the lovely wooden deck where a contemporary sofa, two armchairs and coffee table await. There is also a dining table that seats four allowing you to enjoy al fresco mealtimes in the sunshine. Step off the deck onto a lush green lawn that strechtes 15 ft down to two white sun loungers where you can lie all day and soak up all the rays the Riviera has to offer.
Bedrooms
The two double bedrooms have been stylishly furnished to create a sense of tranquillity, offering gentle and luxurious comfort for the ultimate escape. Both open onto a separate and private decking area through sliding doors allowing guests to access the sunshine and fresh air for that uplifting morning coffee. There is integrated AC throughout allowing perfect sleeping temperatures, reaching up to 22 degrees in all seasons.

Bathrooms
There are two stylish and contemporary bathrooms which have been furnished to a premium standard. The main bathroom contains a toilet and full length bath, aswell as twin 'his and hers' sinks and mirrors.
The second bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and features a shower unit, toilet and large sink and mirror unit.
Living area
The stylish and spacious open plan living area is comprised of calming neutral palettes with accents of candy colours, making it very easy on the eye. It features a large and comfortable sofa and two relaxing easy chairs where a guest can while away the hours immersed in thier favourite holiday novel. A circular dingin table seats four people with pleasing high backed dining chairs again accented in pastel shades. There is a 45" smart TV mounted on the wall and WiFi is available throughout the property as standard.
Kitchen
The fully fitted contemporary kitchen features electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker. There are plenty of cupboards and storage and the dividing breakfast bar creates ample workspace to prepare even the most complex french cuisine.
Guest access
Your local Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet you at the home, hand over the keys and ensure you are happy with the home you have booked.
