The newly renovated apartment is located on the second floor of the Royal Marines Association Club. It enjoys an enviable position on The Strand at Walmer, overlooking the Royal Marines Memorial Bandstand, with unsurpassed views across the English Channel, towards France. It benefits from a compact, well equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room, one double bedroom, one twin room, Walk-in Shower room and rear courtyard.

Guest access
The apartment is on the second floor, and does not have a lift. So the stair access may not be suitable for people who are less mobile.

The holiday apartment is owned by and located over the 'Royal Marine Association Deal - Branch and Social Club'.

As part of your stay, you are welcome to take advantage of a Guest Club Membership, enabling you to enjoy all the facilities of our friendly private members club. This includes our recently refurbished 'Halliday Bar'. This guest membership is provided at no extra cost.

Guests looking to book the apartment on the last week in July each year should be aware that this is Carnival week - Carnival night is always the last Thursday of the month - and there is a fair on Walmer Green. This does impede the view somewhat and there is some noise from the fair with flashing lights. Restrictions are in force to minimise late night opening.
