This could not have been a better experience from end to end. From the start Olivier was communicative, kind and helpful. He went way above what was necessary of a host to accommodate me to ensure that I had a great stay. As far as the location, it doesn't get better than his loft. It's in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood with great restaurants and bars. Also the view from the roof is insanely nice. The loft was clean when I arrived and had everything I needed for an awesome stay. I'd recommend this to anyone. Two thumbs up!

We arrived on a warm summer afternoon to a cool and clean loft. New and clean bed sheets were provided on the bed, with fresh fruit, jam, bread and water in the table. Busy area during the summer season with plenty to do. The loft is on the fourth floor minimizing the noise from the street, but warning no elevator. The only thing missing during or stay was an iron in the loft. Olivier was very easy to reach, and despite not being in Montreal during our stay the key exchange during our move in and out went very smooth. Olivier helped us locate local stores and amenities. Our suggestion to people staying in the area, visit the local Dollaramas at Place Dupuis and Complex Desjardins for affordable souvenirs and basic food and beverages especially water.
