This rustic western, yet modern bunkhouse studio is set up with all the amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Features include your own private entrance and fully outfitted kitchen and laundry. You'll have easy access to groceries, top restaurants and world-class shopping. Hiking and mountain bike trails are just minutes away. Enjoy an evening stroll or bike ride through our quiet neighborhood, or kick back with a glass of wine by a crackling fire on the patio watching the horses graze.

The space
The Bunkhouse Suite is a spacious 675 square feet of living and kitchen space located toward the rear of the property. A large RV garage provides a buffer between the suite and the main house where we are full-time residents. You’ll have complete privacy with a separate entrance.

The kitchen is easy to use with brand new Samsung appliances, stocked with cookware, dishes, basic spices, olive oil and vinegar. The walk-in closet has a washer/dryer and iron. A large smart TV and electric fireplace will help create a relaxing vibe.

The roughly 1/2 acre horse pasture and barn surround the Bunkhouse and offer a lovely pastoral view out the windows. Just outside your kitchen door is a patio with a large dining table, pergola, gas grill and Traeger smoker which you can use.

Guest access
You’ll have a driveway parking space near the walkway to the Bunkhouse, and additional street parking around the corner if needed.

Our neighborhood is ideally located less than a mile from major restaurants and shopping centers. Just a few miles away are the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons with world-class shopping and dining.

We are located about 20 minutes north of the airport and Old Town Scottsdale, 5 miles from WestWorld and under 8 miles from Salt River Fields and Spring Training.
