A tiny studio situated on the roof top of a 4-storey building in a residential area- Neo Psychiko-, with a private terrace. The neighbourhood is fantastic. Right beside the building lies a lovely park for great dog walks, really safe, a super market Sklavenitis, with everything you need, amazing vegetables right beside the super market, (25is Martiou). At night? Winter, spring, autumn or summer, Plateia Eleftherias, a 5 minute walk, great restos and coffe shops, really cool over the Summer.

Its location ? Passing through the buildings terrace there is a private door leading to your own personal terrace -pics- and the studio
There is a flight of stairs to reach it hence it’s not ok for people with kinetic challenges. ( nor pet allergies)
There is no doorbell so sadly you will have to go downstairs to the entrance and bring people in
It’s fun, but for many different reasons not the kind of rental to chose if you are looking for hotel room comforts 😊. It’s very basic and full of flaws but there is character to it

Neighbourhood highlights

Residential, safe, family and pet friendly area. Very quiet. A park rests right at the foot of the building for lovely walks. Saying this, restos and coffee shops are nearby (Plateia Eleftherias), amazing shops - bookstores, jewelry, shoes- and bars (Faros), Zebra bar to chill and even a nice walk to Filothei for Palaia Agora, open all day and all night -amazing food and coctails.
