House surrounded by forests with unobstructed views of nature, in the Cévennes National Park, 2 km from the Château de Portes.
Ideal for lovers of hiking, tranquility, plants or animals. In addition to the local wildlife, many of them inhabit the house and especially the garden: dogs, cats, peacocks, pheasants, hens, roosters, frogs, etc.
Chemin de Régordane (GR700) passes just in front of the house.
Beautiful river swimming spots in the area as well.

Private: Bedroom and bathroom (combined in one large room upstairs) + balcony (it is however exceptionally necessary for me to go through your room to access the attic or roof).

Other things to note
Maximum capacity: 2 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children. For three adults it's not really suitable, nor for babies.

For hikers on the Régordane trail, I can sometimes make some adjustments to the details of my listing, depending on my availability.

Please note that you should consider before you book:
- From the beginning of spring in particular, the roosters sing very early in the morning. Provide earplugs in case it bothers you to sleep.
- No TV
- No window shutters but blackout curtains.
- No door between your bedroom and your bathroom/WC, a curtain separates them. A large window allows you to easily ventilate this bathroom.
