🏖️ Private but JUST a 5 min walk from the beach and Center Street (restaurants/bars/market).

☕️🍹Large screened front porch for your morning coffee. Large screened bar area under the house equipped with a TV for beers and cocktails in the evening!

The space
During your stay you will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry front and back door for easy access. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. All supplies needed to prepare a meal are provided, including a large stock pot for fresh local seafood! The bungalow is equipped with central air, wireless internet and smart TVs in living room, king bedroom and downstairs bar. Cable is not available at this time however streaming services can be used on all TVs. Full sized washer and dryer available for use. High thread count cotton linens, spa-like plush towels, toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper supplies will be provided during your stay. Beach towels also available.

You will also enjoy the outdoor amenities including a large outdoor shower, propane grill, and supply closet with extra refrigerator for easy access to drinks while relaxing in the bar area and beach supplies (6+ chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, cooler and large beach wagon to transport your supplies).

The house has a perfect layout for one large or two families or a group of friends looking for a beach getaway! A Pack 'n Play, children's dishes, toys, books and other children’s items are also provided for your convenience!

Guest access
The location of the house allows you to arrive, park your car and access everything you need by foot including the beach, market and bars/restaurants. You could also consider renting a golf cart during your stay for a fun, easy way to explore the entire island, however this is not necessary due to the central location of the house!

Downtown Charleston is only a 20 minute drive away!
