The room was as described, overall the house has some minor renovations going on but the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. The house is fairly busy since there are other rooms and the other guests were very thoughtful. If you stay in room 1 or 3, the note about the buses being convenient is true, but also all of the buses go by the house starting around 7 am. If you are not an early bird it may seem a bit noisy for you. Super easy access to get into the house and in an area not hard to find at all. Would stay again.

The ease of checking in and out was great. Nice, clean, space. Our room had a half bath which was very convenient. Free drinks, towels, and plenty of available amenities. And very accessible neighborhood with a restaurant, the bus stop, and the convenient store all within a block. We enjoyed our stay!

David's place was a great launching pad for my stay in Seattle. It was easy to get around via car or to get on the bus, literally right out the front door, and ride all the way into city center. There's a great market right across the street with prepared food and groceries, saved me from going to restaurants all the time. The house is a charming midcentury, clean and comfortable. He's done a great job of maintaining the character with some nice functional updates. My room was very roomy, bed was totally comfortable. It was especially nice having the private half bath, and AC during the hot spell. Hint for the fan: turn on the light switch and use the black remote.

I stayed here when I brought my son to UW orientation. The location was very convenient. I walked to the campus (I am an avid walker). There is a city bus that stops just outside the house and runs all night, but I was able to sleep fine.

David's place is just perfect for my needs. It's very close to UW and very affordable. The place is well stock and safe. The bus stops right in front of the house and there's a store very close by. I would definitely comeback. Thanks David.

Very nice place to stay, big kitchen and living room, comfy bed, David was always easy to reach, coffee and water was free and everything in good order. Bus stop directly in front of the door. We recommend staying here when visiting Seattle!

Was in Seattle for a brief 3-day visit and David's place worked out perfectly. Self check-in was seamless with the door-lock combinations sent ahead of time. The location is excellent, with Bus #65 stopping right outside the house. The 24h/day Met. Market is within a 5-minute walking distance for basic shopping needs at any time of day/night.
