Precautions during the epidemic:
1: During the epidemic, disposable towels, bath towels, bed sheet sets will be used, and you will need to pack them yourself.(Towels are a good option if allowed)
2: We prepare the middle bottle of alcohol hand soap, these alcohol hand soap are for everyone to use, we will refill the bottle every time, so please don't take them away.
3: When you leave, please remove the mask you have used.
If the mask is used up and there is no backup, you can call me to arrange assistance.
5: During the pandemic, we also use an ozone machine to disinfect the house. When you enter, you will have a little ozone smell. This is normal, so you can open the kitchen and ventilate the toilet. In a short time, you can circulate the air. At the same time, you can unplug the ozone machine during your stay (because the ozone machine is time-driven).
Sometimes, the drawer will also be opened, because the staff will mop the floor, because in order to keep the environment dry and make everyone feel comfortable, you can also turn it off and put the drawer to the side.
Other things to note:
1: There is no place to buy things near this homestay, and you can accept a 15-minute walk, so you can have a comfortable and quiet space, but when you get to that location, you will feel that it is worth investing in this 15-minute walk.
Therefore, remind everyone that they must buy what they need at Pingzhou Street (market), such as food, water and what the guest thinks they need.
(Drinks and instant noodles are also available in the fridge and kitchen for an additional fee)
There are 15 beers, 16 colas, 12 lemon teas, 6 chrysanthemum teas, 2 1.5L distilled water, 6 distilled water, 4 minerals, 4 oolong teas in the fridge.
In the kitchen, there are 5 packets of the first cup, 3 flavorful cup noodles, and 3 cup noodles before the first cup.

2: In rural areas, there will be mosquitoes and dogs. If you need to, you need to bring your own mosquito repellent or mosquito repellent. If you see a dog, please do not run. You should pay attention to the movement of the dog and take slow steps.
3: In a rural place, everyone wants to enjoy a quiet environment. Please be quiet after 9 pm.
4: Parties and any pets are not allowed.
5: Please put your shoes on the shoe rack outside the house (on the left hand side looking at the sea gate), try not to wear shoes inside the house, if you need, you can also put the shoe rack inside the door.(There is a shoe rack near the bottom of the stairs)
6: When you leave, please clean and restore the house, and put the garbage in the garbage bag, put it at the door or put the garbage to the nearby garbage collection station.
When you leave, you are welcome to let me know in any way so that I can arrange for the cleaner to come and pick up the homestay.
8: If you need a BBQ, we provide a BBQ grill, a fire gun, and a small hair dryer.We also have a large barbecue stove for whole chickens or ducks (100 yuan rental fee).
All you need to do is bring your own grilled food, barbecue forks, your own favorite sauce, and charcoal.
9: If you are a coffee drinker, we provide a moka pot, a hand grinder, a hand milk mug, and a small stove (small gas stove), all of which are in the kitchen, and milk and coffee beans need to be purchased by you.
10: The induction stove has a large fire power of 2200w, please do not use 2200w for a long time, because the electric plug and plug will heat up, it is recommended to use 1400w or less.(Please refer to the accompanying drawings)
11: If you find that there is no wifi signal, please make sure the main room or other router on the second floor is turned on.(Please refer to the accompanying drawings)
12: The solar lamp on the rooftop needs a remote control switch, which is a white remote control inside the small box under the TV.(Please refer to the accompanying drawings)
13: Please take care of anything in the house.

In the case of more than 4 persons, a fee of $50 (excluding disposables) per person shall be charged thereafter.
