Spacious one-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area includes a well-appointed kitchenette and balcony with expansive views of the hamakua coast. Easy walking distance to historic Honoka’a town, including antique stores, galleries, restaurants, and local history museum. Only 15 minutes drive to Waipi’o Valley and 20 minutes to Waimea. Living room couch converts to a queen bed for extra sleeping space when needed. Hosts live on the premises and are happy to answer questions about the area!

The space
The apartment sits above our garage and has an open living, dining, and cooking area with a separate bedroom and bathroom. There is a gas grill just outside the garage. The couch converts to a queen bed to provide a second bed if needed. Due to local regulations, we can’t offer a full kitchen, but we do have a cooking area with a hot plate, sink, microwave, and large toaster oven. Hosts live in the attached house on the same property.
