- visita de bonitas ciudades cercanas como Puebla de Sanabria (pegada al Lago de Sanabria), Benavente, Zamora, Salamanca, Astorga
- contemplar las estrellas sin ningún tipo de polución lumínica
- observar animales salvajes al alba, particularmente la actividad guiada de avistamiento del lobo ibérico en la Sierra de la Culebra (Zamora)


Gastronomía:

Muy buena carne en toda la zona. El pueblo tiene dos bares donde se degustan buenas tapas, especialmente recomendados los pinchos morunos en el bar El Torero.
Otras recomendaciones: restaurante La Moña en Villanueva de las Peras y 5&Caña en Litos, entre otros.
