This expansive and newly renovated riverfront home boasts unbelievable space for your family and friends. Direct river access for tubing, kayaking, lounging, and fishing. The home has a huge yard for outdoor relaxation. There is a screened-in gazebo with deck overlooking the Shenandoah River with stunning views and fishing adventures for days. We have a deck overlooking the river, front and back porch to take in the views, fire pit and easy access to all that Shenandoah Valley has to offer! The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.

This beautifully appointed 9-bedroom home which can sleep up to 22 people, allows you to enjoy all the Shenandoah River has to offer, all while enjoying the stylish and newly renovated accommodations in the home.

*Abundance of space--9 Bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. There is a detached garage which features a kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, dining table and pool table.

The house has satellite internet. Cell service is limited at the home and internet is spotty.

THERE IS TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO ATV'S OR DIRT BIKES AT THIS HOME! THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE RIDDEN ON THE ROADS.

We DO NOT allow Early Check-ins and or Late Checkouts during the following time frame:
May-December. It' is what we consider our "Busy Season" and therefor cannot accommodate such request during that time of year.

From January- April...if we can accommodate an early arrival or late check out, there is a $50 fee, for each. The Early Arrival time is 2pm and the Late Check out time is 12pm.
We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then.

There is a well maintained gravel driveway to get to the house. There are neighbors surrounding this property and one close neighbor who collects a lot of junk but we do have a privacy fence between our property and theirs. Our home provides tons of space to spread out and relax!

Don't be alarmed if you see a sweet pup laying along side of the gravel road on the way to our home. He belongs to one of the neighbors and loves to sun himself along the road or even sometimes in the road. So please keep it a 10 mph or under once you hit the gravel road.
