Beautifully finished bespoke shepherd’s hut set in the grounds of an old cider apple orchard, now a small rustic campsite, with distant views overlooking Dartmoor. Includes incredibly comfortable drop down double bed, allowing space to enjoy time relaxing around the table with a glass of wine next to the wood burning stove in the winter. Outside space with barbecue and fire pit. Facilities include heating, an equipped kitchen, shower room with toilet. Secure parking and access adjacent to hut.

The space
Unique shepherd’s hut for two available all year. Cosy autumnal and winter retreat with wood burner, radiators and fully insulated. Only 8 miles to Jurassic coast with all it has to offer, 15mins drive to the historic city of Exeter, and 45mins to Dartmoor. A selection of local pubs within 2-3 miles.

Guest access
Outside area includes table and chairs for outside dining, fire pit and barbecue alongside organic vegetable and flower garden. There is a grass tennis court for use (weather dependant!). The hut is situated overlooking an old cider orchard, now a small rustic campsite.

Other things to note
You are welcome to bring your dog; this will incur an extra cleaning fee. Please select in the guest section under ‘pets’.

If you wanted to add to your party why not book friends in to the campsite from April-September. Campsite facilities include a communal bar/kitchen area with its own fire pit. Due to proximity of the A30 and the airport, depending on wind direction, at times traffic noise is more noticeable than others.
