Cecile has a nice, comfortable and quiet place near BNF. I recommend.

Cecile was the most welcoming host and it was a joy to stay at her place. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood - plenty to eat and convenient for traveling by metro, bus, or simply taking a walk. The home is clean, charming, and cozy. It's minimalistic, but equipped with all the necessities, and I found the washing machine and kitchen a big plus. I also loved the room, which I found to be spacious and full of natural light (also the WiFi signal is great). Cecile is lovely! Respectful, kind, and a pleasure to chat with, in French or English. I would definitely recommend Cecile and her apartment for anyone planning a trip or longstay in Paris. Thank you!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cecile. The room is spacey and authentic, and Cecile is a highly friendly host. The flat is just a short walk from the subway station Olympiades. The room is very quiet and has a good view over tiled roofs of the surrounding buildings. Cecile provided me with all the necessary.

Cecile and her house are great!!! I stayed there for a month. The house is, as the title shows, sweet. It's very quiet, peaceful, and clean. Necessary items are all equipped. It is in a very convenient location: about 15 minutes to the city center by metro; supermarkets are nearby; and there are fresh greengrocer's, bakery, butcher, and so on. Cecile is a great host. She is extremely warm and kind. She gives me very clear suggestions about the house rule and sight seeing. I also enjoyed talking to her about philosophy, arts, French culture. Her English is perfect. One drawback if any is that her room is on the 5th floor without an elevator. Carrying a heavy suit case is a very good exercise. You have to accept this if you want to live in a about 100 years old building.

I stayed with Cécile for 8 days in January 2014. She was very friendly and welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable and happy in the apartment. The room is lovely, with a big bed, a desk and a wardrobe to put your things. The kitchen and bathroom are relatively small, but big enough for what you would need! The apartment is in a great location. It's very safe, and I had no concerns about returning late at night. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to come and stay in Paris!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and it was excellent! I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Location is excellent: it is located in a safe and nice district of Paris and thanks to very close metro station (Line 14) you can get to the city centre easily. The apartment is clean, quiet, sunny and well equipped. The room is spacious with a big and comfy bed. The kitchen and the bathroom are small, but also cozy and well equipped. Cécile is a fantastic hostess, so friendly and lovely. She is very available for information and advice, but I also had all the privacy I needed. When you travel alone it's nice to have a place to feel at home. I do definitely recommend this home for your staying.

I definitely would recommend this place to my friends! I found it easly with Cecile's description. The place is near the metro (about 3-4 minutes walking). An apartmens are cozy and nice. The room I rent was big with a perfect double bed, working place and a big wardrobe. The kitchen and the bathroom are small, but also cozy and comfotable. Cecile is great! She is hospitable and pleasant. She gave me everything I needed and also asked me if I needed any andvice about the city. Thank you!
