Beautiful Lakehouse at Cedar Creek Lake, just one hour from downtown Dallas. This newly remodeled home is nestled in the trees at the end of a quiet cove. There is a large concrete firepit with seating overlooking scenic views of the lake. The covered boathouse is perfect for fishing off the pier and swimming! There are 2 jet ski lifts and room for a 20' boat. 2 Kayaks are also provided for use during your stay. 2 blow-up water floats are also provided. Brand new ping pong table in the garage.

The space
3 Bedroom 2 full bath open concept home. Spacious master suite with 55" TV and included all electric fireplace as well as a full-glass walk-in shower. All other bedrooms also have a TV in the room.

The living area comes with brand new furnishings, an elegant and modern LED electric fireplace, and a 65" TV. The living area showcases an open floor plan connecting to a kitchen with all new appliances.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee bar. Ample counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests.

A separate queen-sized airbed is available for additional guests.

The backyard features a large covered patio with outdoor fans, comfortable seating. Cook with outdoor gas BBQ grill and relax at the fire pit. Two kayaks, blow-up water floats, and life jackets are available for guests to use.
