You will be inside a PRIVATE, GATED, BEACH FRONT community with 24/7 security. This is an OLD renovated mobile home with 2 bd, 1 bth (pretty old but works), living room, & outdoor patio right on the sand!
* PLEASE NOTE: No kitchen but does have the basics: Micro, coffee maker, mini fridge.
Walking distance to everything downtown Rosarito, including the Rosarito Beach Hotel and papas & beer

The space
This is a renovated old mobile home. The bathtub is working properly but not optimal conditions. Hot water takes about 3-5 minutes to heat up. You have a little bon fire area next to the beach.
The living room has a pull out sofa bed with a cozy chimney.

We prioritize safety & security, the house is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
