Our homestay of one room with attached bathroom is located in the serene place away from hustle-bustle of the city and is perfect for couples looking for comfortable stay. It has open kitchen and lobby area. Working desk is provided with 30 mbps wifi. Your daily needs, fresh vegetables and fruits are within walking distance. Homestay is located within 5-7 km from all tourist hotspots and just 45 min drive from the airport. Scooty on rent can be provided at affordable rates.

**Bookings for 7 days or more are available at discounted price. Electricity bill will be excluded in that price and will be charged 7.5 per unit.

**For longer stays more than 14 days, guest have to pay security deposit of Rs 400/day before check-in. It will be returned after deducting electricity charges.

*Early checkin and late check-outs depend on the other guests. If prior and following dates are available, we can block the dates for you at 50% the booking price

*The place is properly cleaned after every checkout.

* It's a 1 BHK apartment with all the basic amenities including water purifier, Gas stove, refrigerator and Kitchenware.

*For your entertainment we have provided android television with Netflix, Zee5, Amazon prime subscription and Sonyliv subscription on request.

* Wi-fi connectivity at 30 mbps is there in entire apartment. The internet service is provided by Jio Fiber and is suitable for work from home. In case you want to upgrade the plan to increase the speed, we can do it with extra charges. You will get the password once you check-in.

* Working desk and chair is provided in the hall.

*Bathroom accessories are provide including towel, hand towels, Shampoo and soap bar.

*We provide blankets and bedsheets which are washed after every check-out.

* Our space has abundant storage to keep your stuff in the bedroom.

* We provide extra mattress on request for the third person with extra guest charge. We request you to fill the number of guest accurately.

*The stay is in residential colony which is 1.5 km away from main road. We recommend guests to come by their own/rented vehicles. Ola and Uber are not available in Rishikesh. In case you are not coming on your own vehicle, we can provide you with scooty on rent at discounted prices.

*The room will be on third floor and is accessible by lift.

*Parking is available inside the premise based on availability. If full, guest need to park outside the premise on street which is safe.

*Since it is an apartment building with other room adjacent, we request guest to not make any noise after 10 pm.

*Guest have to do their own laundry. Washing machine is provided in this apartment. Rope for hanging clothes out is also made available.

*Provisions for providing lunch can be made available on request.

*Smoking is not allowed in the room. We request guest to smoke in the balcony or Terrace.

*In case any damage, we will go through the process of Aircover by Airbnb where they may ask you to pay the damage fee.

Our homestay is in residential colony of bharath vihar, 1 km away from main road. Grocery shops are at walkable distance. Marine drive (walkway along the River Ganga) is 1.5 km away. You can get autos from the main road to get to all tourist places.
