Located on the heights of St Paul, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the bay and the ocean.
Its location is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
From the villa, you can quickly access many hiking trails (including the mythical Cirque de Mafate), the beautiful beach of Boucan Canoe is 25 minutes away and the lagoon just a little further.

The space
We are just finishing the renovation work and will be ready to welcome you from the beginning of October 2021.

The 220 m2 villa is composed of 2 living rooms and 2 spacious kitchens. On both sides of the house you will have two huge exotic wooden terraces, each with its own beautiful natural stone pool with a breathtaking sea view. One is heated to 28 degrees (in winter) and the second cooler one is ideal for returning from hikes.
Inside the villa you will have 6 bedrooms (including 3 with private bathrooms) as well as 2 shared bathrooms.
Under the house, on the ground floor, you will also find a completely independent apartment (about 50 m2) with living room/kitchen, bedroom and office, bathroom. This apartment also has its own terrace with ocean views.

In the garden you will find a Brazier area with benches for an evening around the fire.
Many fruit trees are planted on the 1800 m2 plot and depending on the season you can enjoy them for breakfast or when returning from your excursions (passion fruit, tangors, pomelos, guavas, dragon fruit (Pitaya), figs...)

Located on the heights of St Paul (400 meters above sea level), Bois de Nèfles Saint-Paul (which refers to an endemic shrub of Réunion) allows you to enjoy a magical panorama of the entire Bay of St Paul, the milder climate will allow you to escape the sometimes suffocating heat that can be found on the coast of the island.
In Bois de Nèfles, you will find the municipal swimming pool, the Post Office, the Marie Annexe, a pharmacy, a convenience store, a fruit and vegetable shop, a church, several medical centers… Downhill you will find a superb bakery, the super U is about 5 minutes by car and the large shopping center 10/ 12 minutes.
