Peaceful, recently renovated mountain-top retreat. Relax or work from home. End your day with a hike or spa treatment around the corner—linger with a glass of wine at sunset. It’s all only a 2 minute walk from the front door. Welcome to our mountain home!

The space
This condo has recently completed a near-total renovation--a full kitchen remodel, brand new flooring, & fresh paint throughout!

You will have private access to the entire condo. One of the newer condo builds on the mountain (this means both central AC & a dishwasher, folks!), our unit is very quiet & private—tucked almost at the very end of the building. A lush wall of pine trees out the back ensures almost complete privacy as you enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the deck, or snuggle up in front of the fire. Walk around to the top of the hill for an amazing sunset view of the entire Shenandoah Valley. HOA outdoor pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day.

This is our home away from home. You can expect a minimum of typical condo living noise—most residents are year-round retirees plus their 10/10 very good fur babies. Please respect our sweet community by not hosting parties and sticking to typical quiet hours!

Note: Our condo guests are able to enjoy most Wintergreen resort amenities—skiing, tubing, spa, most dining, Lake Monacan, and Stoney Creek golf course, etc. Condo guests are also able to enjoy HOA outdoor pools from 2-6 PM each day. (Condo rental does not include access to the resort gym or Aquatics Center, or Devil's Knob golf course. To use these specific facilities, you must reserve lodging directly with Wintergreen Resort.)

Extra Note: For the latest on resort operations, restaurant availability, shuttle times, ski lessons, etc., please contact the resort directly. Some services book quickly.

The outdoor community pools will be open Memorial Weekend through Labor Day weekend. If you want to use the resort pool facilities at the Aquatics & Fitness Center next door to the condo, a spa booking is required.
