Fully furnished large basement suite with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The space is well lit and spacious. The suite has a private entrance. Located in a quiet neighborhood with Mountain view. 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake and the SLC airport.

Unit includes Kitchen, washer & dryer, and full home amenities. Sorry, no pets are allowed. This is a basement apartment and we do live upstairs with our 4 year old son, so you may occasionally hear us

The space
Beautifully remodeled 2 bed 2 full bath basement suite in Bountiful. Close to freeway access, mountain slopes, SLC, and SLC airport. The apartment has a full kitchen with dish washer, range, as well as a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

We live on the top floor and the apartment is directly below our living area. We have original hardwood floors upstairs which can be very squeaky at times. We try our very best to be quiet and courteous, but you will definitely hear us if we are active upstairs. With us living upstairs, please refrain from having parties or inviting more people than you book over to the apartment. If you do want to invite people over, please let us know and we will be flexible for you!

The rooms have a queen, and two twin beds. The main living area has a dining table, desk, sectional couch, and tv.

We love the local Rec center nearby. They have absolutely everything you could want from including swimming pools, weight rooms, exercise classes, basketball courts, racquetball courts, ice rink, and so much more for just $7 per person.
