The space
Our apartment is - as our entire house - "newly created" in 2014 and 2015. The house is the last house on the edge of a small hamlet of Obertrubach, in the Franconian Switzerland.
The apartment has its own entrance on the first floor of our house, with a beautiful view of the natural world around us and a lot of rest.
The apartment has two bedrooms with 2 double beds.

There is a living-dining area with a fully equipped small kitchen and an additional bathroom with shower.
The apartment has underfloor heating, a fireplace and a lot of windows with lots of light and air, as well as mosquito nets and electric blinds for undisturbed sleep.
(The apartment is located in the main-house, not in the barn...!)

The area is not spectacular, but just beautiful, with lots of lovable scenery, lots of "down to earth mentality", good food and friendly people

...and if you like to get into the city, you will drive to Nuremberg, Bayreuth or Bamberg in about 30 minutes.
