Welcome to SO Beachy!!

This family and pet friendly 1200 sqft home has been fully renovated and beautifully decorated, featuring everything you need to relax and enjoy our location that is within 5 miles of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and 1 mile from Bunche Beach!

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the beach and stay with us knowing you have all the beach supplies and basic necessities you could need for your stay!

I allow free early check-in as soon as I am finished cleaning:)

The space
The 2-bedroom 2 bath home consists of a large master suite with king size bed, a queen size bedroom and open concept living/kitchen area with 2 full baths. SO Beachy is technically a duplex but it has no shared walls with the property behind it (SO Coastal)

Guest access
1 parking spot is provided. It is the middle spot in the driveway (there are yellow lane markers) and in front of the porch where you will find the address 13150 on a lot up led sign (only lit at night). If you have an electric vehicle, there is a EV charger (extra fee) next to the yellow fire hydrant. Please reach out with any questions you may have

Other things to note
I have provided most everything you will need to enjoy the areas best beaches! There are 4 very large beach towels, 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, and a cooler.
Please take care to make sure everything is brought back from your beach day and kept in working condition for the other vacationers to enjoy! You may be charged for any items that are misplaced or missing.

Pets are welcomed at So Beachy for an extra $50 per stay for either 1 or 2 pets. I am open to a wide variety of pets but limited to 2 pets. I go to great lengths to provide a pet friendly space while also keeping in mind that there will be people without pets staying at So Beachy also! Please add the animal as a guest so the correct pet fee gets applied.

Hey I'm Shawn. I don't get to travel as much as I would like but I really enjoy hosting people who do get to:) A single dad who takes pride in the couple of properties that I own. I am the cleaner, the handyman and the business owner so chances are you will see me at the properties if you stay for a couple days.
