Privacy at the Waters Edge. This authentic cedar log home has all the modern amenities and a private 100+ ft on Crystal Clear Sand Pond. Kayaks, SUP, and Canoe are provided. Pool Table, a fire pit overlooking the water, and complete privacy will make this a trip you won't forget. We provide # for an in-home massage on the porch overlooking the lake listening to nature or a private chef. Yoga mats are provided for a morning session on the dock! What are you waiting for!!!

The space
The home is situated on an acre of land on beautiful Sand Pond.

Decorated in a rustic-modern style, the upper floor has an “eat-in” style kitchen a featuring a stainless steel refrigerator and range, microwave, toaster, butcher block counter tops, Keurig and 12 cup automatic drip coffee pot and a high top island/table with four chairs.

The living room features a propane fireplace, a large leather sofa, and two power recliners with built-in USB ports to conveniently charge your electronics.

Upper level also features two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and enticing fireplace in the room.

On the lower level, there is a game room with a pool table and an assortment of board and card games, yoga mats, towels for the hot tub, life jackets and snowshoes, and a laundry area. There is a large sitting area on this level with a sofa bed and also another full bathroom.

A private dock complete with two paddle boards, two kayaks and a canoe and in the winter we provide snowshoes.

The chalet is the last home on a quiet dead-end road on a resident-only pond. The most frequent neighbors will be the wildlife that you will enjoy from the covered porch, dock and hot tub.
\ A little over an hour drive north of Portland, Norway is situated close to many ski areas such as Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Mt. Abrahm (all less than an hour drive.) The area is rich with ponds, lakes, rivers and mountains and has many opportunities for the nature lover to explore. Enjoy activities such as golfing, hiking, fishing and boating in the warmer months and snowmobiling, snow showing, ice fishing and cross country and alpine skiing in the winter time.
