Located in the highly sought out Eastern Wharf District, this impeccable newly constructed home is just steps away from Savannah's River Walk. East River Manor offers the perfect combination of southern elegance, with contemporary furnishings, and high-end fixtures.

Enter from the ground level with your secure access code, and step inside to start your vacation. On the second level, guests will find the tastefully appointed living space with high-end furnishings and an ample amount of seating. From the luxurious emerald curtains, to the traditional rugs, no detail has been spared here! Gather together for a family night, and stream all of your favorite movies from the large smart-television, while dueling each other over a board game. Situated off of this space, guests will find the large patio, which is quintessential here in the South. Enjoy the gusts of the Savannah River from the comfort of your own home, while having a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

The opulent kitchen is open to the living room, creating an inviting environment, perfect for entertaining and conversing. Release your inner chef skills and enjoy all of the amenities the space has to offer, such as a four burner gas-top stove, custom stone cut countertops, and a large eye-catching kitchen island with seating for four. Just beyond the kitchen, the formal dining space awaits, featuring a Juliet balcony that boasts with natural light, upholstered plush arm chairs, a solid wood table, and large chandelier.
